Online delivery for your shop in a residential community — live in 7–10 days
A storefront in Telegram, orders in a work chat, payment by a link from your bank. No app development and no card acquiring to start — test the residents’ demand with minimal investment.
How an order flows
Five steps, each a single tap. The customer is notified of every stage automatically.
- 1Customer
Builds a cart in Telegram
Opens the storefront right inside the messenger: vegetables by weight, bread by the piece, a watermelon “as weighed”. Sees the estimated total and checks out in a minute.
- 2Operator
Accepts the order
The bot posts the order card to the “Delivery” work chat. One tap — and the customer is told that the order is being assembled.
- 3Seller
Weighs and assembles
Opens the assembly screen from the card, enters the actual weight, marks what is out of stock. The final total is calculated automatically.
- 4Operator
Sends the payment link
Creates a link in their bank and pastes it into the card. The customer receives a receipt with a “Pay” button — no acquiring contract needed.
- 5Courier
Delivers within the hour
The timer starts after payment. The courier marks the delivery with a button or a voice message right in the work chat.
Who it’s for
Independent shops in residential communities of 500+ apartments that have a courier or can find one. Customers are residents within a 500-metre radius: families, busy people and those who find it hard to leave home.
What’s included
Storefront in Telegram
A catalog with photos, typo-tolerant search, favourites, one-tap reorder. MAX messenger comes next.
Products by weight
Three types: by the piece, by weight with a step and a minimum, “per piece, weighed”. Estimated and final totals.
The “Delivery” work chat
An order card with buttons per role: operator, seller, courier. The action history is kept even if the message is deleted.
Customer messaging
A separate topic per customer in the operator chat plus a shared web inbox. Sellers and couriers don’t see it.
Payment by link
A link from your bank, an “I’ve paid” button, confirmation by the operator. Instant-payment integration comes at the scaling stage.
Privacy consent
Versioned terms of service and privacy policy. The customer agrees once — until the document is updated.
Analytics and broadcasts
Funnel, assembly and delivery speed, orders by building. Broadcasts by segment and QR posters for entrances.
Web analytics integration
E-commerce events and goals in Yandex Metrica or Google Analytics 4 — as a separate service if you need detailed analytics.
Turn-key launch
Bot and team
We create the bot and the Mini App, connect the “Delivery” and operator groups, invite the staff.
Catalog and delivery
We load the starter assortment, set prices and photos, mark the community’s buildings, working hours and the minimum order.
Test and launch
We run test orders with the whole team, print QR posters for the entrances and open the storefront.

FAQ
Do I need card acquiring?+
No. To start, the operator sends the customer a payment link created in your bank. When the volume grows, we’ll connect automatic link generation and instant-payment confirmation.
Do customers need to install anything?+
No. The storefront opens inside Telegram — from a button in the bot, a link or a QR code at the entrance.
How is the price of weighed goods calculated?+
At checkout the customer sees an estimated total. The seller weighs the order, the system recalculates the total — and the customer pays the exact amount.
What if something is out of stock?+
The customer chooses in advance: substitute with a similar item, remove it from the order or get a call. The seller marks the substitution or the missing item on the assembly screen.
Who should be the operator?+
The shop owner or a remote staff member. The work happens in Telegram and in the admin panel — from a phone or a computer.
Where is customer data stored?+
On the server where you deploy the platform. Consent to personal data processing is collected at the first order and stored together with the document version.
