Shop setup guide

How to connect the storefront, the team and the work chats. It usually takes a week to ten days.

1. Bot and Mini App

In Telegram, open @BotFather, send /newbot, choose a name and a username ending in bot. Copy the token and paste it in the admin panel: Settings → Bot.

Then send /newapp to @BotFather, pick the bot and enter the Mini App address from the panel. Save the short name (for example, shop) in the panel — the assembly buttons and product links rely on it.

2. The “Delivery” work chat

Create a group, add the operator, the seller, the courier and the bot. Make the bot an administrator and send /bind CODE to the group — the code is shown in the panel under Team and groups.

The seller and the courier only need permission to read and send messages. The history of every order, including voice confirmations, is kept in the system.

3. Operator chat

A separate group for operators only: enable Topics in it, add the bot as an administrator with permission to manage topics and send /bind CODE. Each customer gets their own topic — write there, and the reply reaches the customer from the bot.

4. Team

Invite staff members in the panel and pick a role: operator, seller or courier. Each gets a link to the bot — after tapping “Start” their account is linked to the shop, and the buttons on order cards work according to their role.

5. Catalog and delivery

Start with the starter assortment template and adjust the prices. For goods by weight set the price per kilogram, the step and the minimum; for watermelons and cabbages — the average weight of a piece. In the delivery section mark the community’s buildings, working hours, the minimum order and the delivery promise — for example, “within 1 hour after payment”.

6. Test and launch

While the shop is switched off, staff members can place test orders. Walk the whole path from cart to closing the order, replace the draft terms of service and privacy policy with your own texts and switch the storefront on from the “Launch” page.

Order path

  1. The customer places an order — the bot posts the card to “Delivery”.
  2. The operator taps “Accept” — the customer learns that the order is being assembled.
  3. The seller opens the assembly screen, enters the actual weight and marks what is missing.
  4. The operator creates a payment link in the bank and pastes it into the card (or replies to the card with the link).
  5. The customer pays and taps “I’ve paid”, the operator confirms the payment — the delivery timer starts.
  6. The seller hands the order to the courier, the courier marks the delivery with a button or a voice message.
  7. The operator closes the order — the bot asks the customer to rate the delivery.
